Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also coaches and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie has the distinction of being only one female in history to have won the CrossFit Games two times. She was second in both the 2010, and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athletes from Iceland. Her fame has been built on being the only woman ever to win two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 and 2017 she was the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was brought up by her parents living in Reykjavik Iceland. As a child she was a huge fan of sports and exercise. She took part in a variety of school competitions and was awarded a variety of medals. In 2009, Annie Thorisdottir participated in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years (as as of 2021). She stands 5'7 tall, and weighs approximately 67 kg. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit training in California in the year 2009. Annie did very well in the initial games and finished within the top 10 of 70. The team did not achieve any success in the tournament, and ended her time with an overall score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. It was her second year that she took part again in CrossFit Games. Due to her incredible performance she became the very first woman who won CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she was able to win consecutively. A silver medal was won in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she won an award of bronze in the CrossFit Games. Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. Annie, who is gaining fame for her athletic abilities has been featured in commercials for sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs, among many more. Additionally, she has a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand followers where her workout diet videos, family and travel vlogs are uploaded.
