Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie became the very first female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. Her second place was both in 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media-star. She is popular for being the first woman to win in the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. A winner in the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born and raised in Iceland, Reykjavik with her siblings and parents. Being a sports and exercising enthusiast since a young age she participated in various school games and also won numerous awards. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit events in California. In the following year she took part at CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a woman to ever take home a gold medal in CrossFit Games. Annie also won in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. She was the first female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. In 2014, Annie won a Silver Medal and, most recently in 2021 she won Bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. Annie, who is gaining recognition for her athletic skills, has been featured in commercials for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs as well as other.
